tenth echo Shotaro and Philip, as W, interrupt a gross-ass monster trying to kill someone he knows is named "Akiko", she shrieks about "how did you find me", he points out a tracker, and then gets into a fight with the monster. Akiko puts herself between the monster and the client by hitting it with a chair and telling it not to lay one damn finger on her client. Shotaro flashes back (momentarily) to a much older man he remembers as "Chief". episode 11, 18:37-19:40.
